In the 1920s the Mack Bissett School of
Dancing was a virtual theater Mecca. The growing popularity
of revues, vaudeville acts and motion picture choruses made
an active theatrical center of Mack Bissett's studio of stage
dancing.

Bissett
dancers are seen in Fanchon and Marco's "Romance
Idea", in the Twentieth Century Steppers, and other
big revues. |

The
Three Blue Blazes and
Marie Mitchell, with Ted Healey's Racketeers (of 3
Stooges fame), are also accredited to Bissett's
training. |
