"So This is College" is the fourth "talkie"
ever produced by MGM. It scame out in 1929 just before "Hollywood
Revue 1929". It Starred Robert Montgomery as Biff, Elliott
Nugent as Eddie who are the best of friends at the beginning of
the movie and Cliff Edwards as Windy. They are college seniors
and roommates and teammates on the USC Football team. Then Babs
(Sally Starr) enters the picture. A rivalry immediately starts
between Biff and Eddie. Eventually Eddie's and Biff's friendship
ends. No books are ever opened in this college...........
